SPARKz Athletics & Uniforms takes pride in delivering high-quality, personalized athletic wear and uniforms. Due to the unique and personalized nature of custom-made products, once an order is placed and production has begun, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Exceptions

The only exception to this No Refund Policy is in the case of a verifiable product defect.

• Product Defect: A refund will be issued only if the custom-made product is determined to have a manufacturing defect or is significantly flawed upon arrival.

• Process: Any claims of a product defect must be reported within Date of receiving the product. Please contact SPARKz Athletics to initiate a defect review.
