SPARKz Athletics & Uniforms takes pride in delivering high-quality, personalized athletic wear and uniforms. Due to the unique and personalized nature of custom-made products, once an order is placed and production has begun, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Exceptions: The only exception to this No Refund Policy is in the case of a verifiable product defect.

Product Defect: A refund will be issued only if the custom-made product is determined to have a manufacturing defect or is significantly flawed upon arrival.
Process: Any claims of a product defect must be reported within Date of receiving the product. Please contact uniforms@sparkzathletics.com to initiate a defect review.
